MAIL MERGE


1. Open certificate.doc and delete the name and identification no of the receiver.



2. Click Mailings, then click Start Mail Merge --> Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard.



3. After you click the Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard, Mail Merge will be presented at the right of you screen. Name list of the receiver can be edited here.

4. Click Select Document Type, choose Letters and click Next --> Starting Document.



5. Click Use The Current Document and then click on Next --> Select Recipients.



6. Go to Type a New List and click Create. The New Address List dialog box will appear.



7. Choose Customize Columns and in the Field names, Select and click Delete on the unnecessary item except First Name, Last Name and IC No. Click OK.



8. Insert all the Details of certificate receivers.



9. Click Select All to place all the record on to the certificate that has been edited. Click OK.

10. Click Next --> Write Your Letter.



11. Choose Address Block. Insert Address Block box will appear.



12. Click OK and this {{AddressBlock}} will appear at the correct position on the certificate.



13. Click More Items to add IC No. on the certificate. {{IC No}} will appear at the correct position on the certificate.



13. Click Next --> Preview Your Letters for the next step. Name and IC No of the certificate receivers will appear.



14. Now you can see all the edited certificate for the next receiver. You just need to push Next button. Click Next --> Complete The Merge if the process is already done.



15. Yasssss!!!! You have already complete the Mail Merge !
